Effective Date: September 26, 2026
TidyLink, LLC (“TidyLink,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information of individuals who use our website, marketplace, services, and related features (collectively, the “Platform”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and otherwise process information when you access or use the TidyLink Platform, including when you create an account, search for or book cleaning services, offer cleaning services, communicate with other users, process or receive payments, undergo verification or background screening, contact TidyLink, or otherwise interact with us.
TidyLink operates an online marketplace that connects customers seeking cleaning services with independent cleaners who offer those services. The types of information we collect and process may vary depending on whether you use the Platform as a customer, cleaner, visitor, or other user.
By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully.
We collect information that you provide directly to us, information generated through your use of the Platform, and certain information from third parties that help us operate, secure, and provide TidyLink.
Account and Profile Information. When you create or maintain a TidyLink account, we may collect information such as your name, email address, telephone number, profile photo, account credentials, and other information you choose to include in your profile.
Customer Information. If you use TidyLink to request or book cleaning services, we may collect your service address, booking details, requested services, property or home information, number of rooms or bathrooms, scheduling preferences, special instructions, selected extras, communications with cleaners or TidyLink, and other information you provide in connection with a cleaning service.
Cleaner Information. If you register or participate as a cleaner, we may collect your name, contact information, profile information, service areas, availability, cleaning services offered, rates, experience, photographs, business information, tax-related information where applicable, payment or payout information, verification information, and other information necessary to create and operate your cleaner account.
Identity Verification and Background Screening Information. We may collect or receive information necessary to verify a cleaner’s identity, eligibility, or background. Background checks or identity verification may be performed by third-party service providers. Depending on the service used and applicable law, this information may include identifying information and information relating to background-screening results. TidyLink may receive confirmation, status information, or other results from these providers rather than the complete information submitted to them.
Payment and Transaction Information. When payments or payouts are made through TidyLink, payment processing services may collect payment card, bank account, identity, tax, or other financial information. TidyLink may receive transaction-related information such as payment amounts, booking totals, fees, commissions, refunds, payout status, payment status, and limited payment-method details. Full payment credentials may be collected and processed directly by our payment-processing providers rather than stored by TidyLink.
Communications. We may collect messages and other communications sent through the Platform or to TidyLink, including communications between customers and cleaners, customer-support requests, complaints, refund requests, dispute information, reviews, feedback, and communications sent by email or other supported channels.
Photos and Service Documentation. Users may be permitted to upload profile photographs, before-and-after cleaning photographs, property photographs, or other images related to a booking or service. These images may contain information about a user, property, or completed service.
Device, Usage, and Technical Information. When you access the Platform, we or our service providers may automatically collect certain technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, referring pages, dates and times of access, interactions with the Platform, approximate location derived from technical information, and other usage or diagnostic information.
Cookies and Similar Technologies. We and our service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Platform, remember preferences, understand how the Platform is used, maintain security, troubleshoot problems, and improve our services.
Information From Third Parties. We may receive information about you from service providers and business partners that assist us with services such as payment processing, identity verification, background screening, fraud prevention, analytics, communications, hosting, and other Platform operations.
We may also collect other information that you voluntarily provide to us or that we disclose to you at the time of collection.
We collect information in several ways depending on how you interact with TidyLink.
Information You Provide Directly. We collect information when you create or update an account, create a cleaner profile, request or book cleaning services, set pricing or availability, communicate through the Platform, upload photographs or other content, submit reviews or feedback, request customer support, report an issue, request a refund, participate in verification or background-screening processes, or otherwise provide information to us.
Information Collected Through Transactions. When a booking, payment, refund, payout, cancellation, or other transaction occurs through the Platform, we may receive information about that transaction from our payment processors, marketplace technology providers, cleaners, customers, or other service providers involved in facilitating the transaction.
Information Collected Automatically. When you access or use the Platform, certain information may be collected automatically through cookies, logs, analytics technologies, and similar tools. This may include device information, browser information, IP address, usage activity, referring pages, approximate location derived from technical information, and information about how you interact with the Platform.
Information From Service Providers and Other Third Parties. We may receive information from third parties that provide services to TidyLink, including payment processing, identity verification, background screening, fraud prevention, website hosting, analytics, communications, customer support, and marketplace technology services.
Information From Other Users. In some circumstances, another TidyLink user may provide information about you. For example, a customer or cleaner may submit messages, reviews, photographs, complaints, reports, refund requests, or information concerning a booking, service, dispute, safety concern, or other interaction.
Where permitted by law, we may combine information obtained from different sources and use the combined information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
We may use the information we collect for the following purposes:
Provide and Operate the Platform. To create and maintain accounts, display cleaner profiles and listings, facilitate bookings, connect customers with cleaners, enable communications, process transactions, and provide other features of the TidyLink marketplace.
Facilitate Payments and Payouts. To process or facilitate customer payments, cleaner payouts, TidyLink platform fees, commissions, refunds, cancellations, payment disputes, chargebacks, and related financial transactions through our payment-processing providers.
Verify Users and Promote Marketplace Safety. To verify identity or account information, facilitate background screening where applicable, detect potentially fraudulent or unauthorized activity, investigate safety concerns, enforce Platform rules, and protect customers, cleaners, TidyLink, and others.
Manage Bookings and Services. To facilitate scheduling, service requests, booking approvals, cancellations, rescheduling, service completion, customer and cleaner communications, and other activities necessary to coordinate cleaning services.
Provide Customer Support and Resolve Disputes. To respond to questions and support requests, investigate complaints, review refund requests, address incomplete or disputed services, resolve disputes between users, and communicate with users regarding their accounts or transactions.
Communicate With You. To send service-related communications, including account notices, booking confirmations and updates, payment or payout information, security alerts, policy updates, support communications, and other administrative messages. Where permitted by law and consistent with your communication preferences, we may also send information about TidyLink services, features, promotions, or updates.
Improve and Develop TidyLink. To understand how users interact with the Platform, troubleshoot technical problems, analyze marketplace activity, develop new features, improve existing services, and enhance the customer and cleaner experience.
Prevent Fraud, Abuse, and Misconduct. To detect, investigate, prevent, or respond to suspected fraud, scams, misuse of the Platform, violations of our Terms of Service, unsafe conduct, payment abuse, or other prohibited activity.
Comply With Legal Obligations. To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, tax or reporting requirements, valid governmental requests, and other legal obligations.
Establish, Exercise, or Defend Legal Rights. To protect or enforce our agreements, policies, property, rights, safety, and interests, and those of our users or others, including in connection with disputes, investigations, claims, or legal proceedings.
Other Disclosed Purposes. We may use information for another purpose disclosed to you when the information is collected or with your consent where required by applicable law.
TidyLink uses third-party payment service providers to facilitate payments, payouts, refunds, and other financial transactions associated with the Platform.
Payment Processing. When a customer makes a payment through TidyLink, payment information may be collected and processed directly by our payment service providers. Depending on the payment method used, this information may include payment card details, billing information, bank account information, or other financial information necessary to complete the transaction.
Cleaner Payouts. Cleaners may be required to provide financial, identity, tax, or business information to our payment service providers in order to establish and maintain a connected payment account and receive payouts for services performed through TidyLink.
Stripe. TidyLink may use Stripe and its affiliated services to facilitate payment processing, connected accounts, identity verification related to payments, and payouts. Information submitted directly to Stripe is processed in accordance with Stripe’s own terms and privacy practices. TidyLink may receive limited information from Stripe relating to users and transactions, including payment status, payout status, transaction amounts, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, connected-account status, and limited payment-method information.
Platform Fees and Transaction Records. TidyLink may maintain records relating to booking prices, Platform fees or commissions, refunds, cancellations, payouts, disputes, chargebacks, and other transaction activity for operational, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, and legal purposes.
Refunds, Disputes, and Chargebacks. If a payment is refunded, disputed, reversed, or subject to a chargeback, TidyLink and its payment service providers may collect, use, and share information reasonably necessary to investigate and administer the matter. This may include booking information, communications, transaction records, service documentation, photographs, and other information relevant to the transaction or dispute.
Payment Security. TidyLink does not intend to directly store complete payment card numbers or sensitive payment authentication credentials when those credentials are collected and processed by our third-party payment service providers. However, TidyLink may retain transaction records and limited financial information as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable obligations.
Third-party payment providers operate under their own privacy policies and terms. Users should review those policies to understand how their financial and personal information is processed by those providers.
TidyLink may require cleaners or other users to complete identity verification, background screening, or other eligibility and safety-related checks before accessing certain features of the Platform or providing services through TidyLink.
Third-Party Screening Providers. TidyLink may use third-party service providers, such as background-screening or identity-verification companies, to conduct these checks. Information submitted directly to a screening provider is also subject to that provider’s privacy practices and terms.
Information Used for Screening. Depending on the type of verification or screening performed and applicable law, users may be asked to provide information such as their legal name, date of birth, address, identification documents, Social Security number or other identifying information directly to the applicable screening provider. TidyLink may not receive or store all information submitted to the provider.
Screening Results. TidyLink may receive information regarding the status or results of a verification or background screening, including whether a screening has been completed, whether additional information is required, or information reasonably necessary for TidyLink to determine eligibility to participate on the Platform.
Use of Screening Information. Information relating to verification or background screening may be used to evaluate eligibility, promote marketplace safety, investigate potential fraud or misconduct, enforce TidyLink policies, comply with legal obligations, and determine whether an account may be approved, restricted, suspended, or removed from the Platform.
Limitations of Screening. Background checks and identity verification are not guarantees of a person’s identity, qualifications, conduct, reliability, or future behavior. Screening information may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or subject to limitations outside TidyLink’s control.
Legal Compliance. Where applicable, TidyLink and its screening providers will handle background-screening information in accordance with applicable laws and required procedures. Additional notices, disclosures, authorizations, or rights may apply depending on the type of screening performed and the jurisdiction involved.
TidyLink may change its verification and screening providers or procedures as the Platform evolves, subject to applicable law.
TidyLink may share personal information when reasonably necessary to operate the Platform, facilitate cleaning services, process transactions, maintain marketplace safety, comply with legal obligations, and for the other purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Between Customers and Cleaners. We may share information between customers and cleaners as necessary to facilitate a booking or cleaning service. This may include names, profile information, service addresses, booking details, requested services, scheduling information, service instructions, messages, photographs, and other information reasonably necessary to coordinate or complete the service.
Payment and Payout Providers. We may share information with payment processors and financial service providers, including Stripe, as necessary to process customer payments, establish connected payment accounts, facilitate cleaner payouts, process refunds, administer disputes or chargebacks, prevent fraud, and comply with financial or legal requirements.
Identity Verification and Background-Screening Providers. We may share information with third-party providers that assist with identity verification, background screening, fraud prevention, eligibility determinations, or marketplace safety, subject to applicable law.
Marketplace and Technology Providers. We may share information with companies that provide technology or services used to operate TidyLink, including marketplace infrastructure, website hosting, cloud storage, analytics, communications, email delivery, customer support, security, fraud prevention, and other operational services.
Professional Advisors and Business Service Providers. We may disclose information to attorneys, accountants, insurers, consultants, auditors, financial institutions, and other professional or business service providers when reasonably necessary for them to provide services to TidyLink.
Legal and Safety Disclosures. We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, subpoena, court order, legal process, or governmental request; enforce our agreements or policies; investigate suspected fraud, misconduct, or illegal activity; protect the rights, property, or safety of TidyLink, our users, or others; or respond to an emergency or safety concern.
Business Transfers. If TidyLink is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or other business transaction, personal information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
With Your Direction or Consent. We may share information when you direct us to do so, authorize the disclosure, or otherwise consent to the sharing.
Aggregated or De-Identified Information. We may use or disclose information that has been aggregated, de-identified, or otherwise modified so that it cannot reasonably be used to identify an individual, subject to applicable law.
TidyLink does not disclose personal information to third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy, as disclosed to you at the time of collection, at your direction or with your consent, or as otherwise permitted or required by law.
Because TidyLink operates a marketplace connecting customers with independent cleaners, certain information must be shared between users in order to request, coordinate, and complete cleaning services.
Cleaner Profile Information. Information that cleaners choose to include in their public or customer-facing profiles may be visible to customers and other Platform users. This may include a cleaner’s name or display name, profile photograph, service area, services offered, rates, availability, experience, description, reviews, ratings, and other information the cleaner chooses or is required to display through the Platform.
Customer Information Provided to Cleaners. When a customer requests, books, or coordinates a cleaning service, TidyLink may make certain information available to the cleaner as necessary to evaluate, accept, coordinate, or perform the booking. This may include the customer’s name, service location or address, requested date and time, property details, requested cleaning services, selected extras, number of rooms or bathrooms, special instructions, photographs, and relevant communications.
Service Addresses. A customer’s service address may be provided to a cleaner when reasonably necessary to coordinate or perform a requested cleaning service. Users must not use another user’s address or location information for purposes unrelated to the applicable booking or otherwise misuse such information.
Communications. Customers and cleaners may communicate through communication features provided or supported by TidyLink. Information users voluntarily include in messages may be visible to the recipient and may be accessible to TidyLink as described in this Privacy Policy.
Reviews and Feedback. TidyLink may allow customers or cleaners to submit ratings, reviews, or other feedback. Some reviews, ratings, profile information, or related content may be displayed to other users or publicly on the Platform. Users should avoid including sensitive personal information in reviews or other publicly visible content.
User Responsibility. Customers and cleaners are responsible for the information they choose to disclose to one another. Users should not share sensitive personal, financial, account, or identification information unless it is reasonably necessary and appropriate for the applicable transaction.
Information obtained through TidyLink may only be used for legitimate purposes related to the Platform and applicable cleaning services. Users may not use information obtained through TidyLink to harass, threaten, discriminate against, solicit, spam, stalk, impersonate, defraud, or otherwise harm another person, or for any unauthorized commercial or unlawful purpose.
TidyLink may provide features that allow users to communicate, upload photographs, submit reviews or ratings, provide service documentation, and otherwise submit content through the Platform (“User Content”).
Messages and Communications. Communications sent through the Platform may be collected, stored, processed, and reviewed by TidyLink when reasonably necessary to operate the Platform, provide customer support, investigate complaints or disputes, process refund requests, enforce our Terms of Service and policies, address safety concerns, prevent fraud or abuse, or comply with legal obligations.
Photos and Service Documentation. Customers and cleaners may be permitted to upload photographs relating to profiles, properties, cleaning requests, before-and-after conditions, completed services, complaints, damage claims, disputes, or other Platform activity. These photographs may be stored and used as reasonably necessary to facilitate services, document work performed, investigate complaints or disputes, process refunds or claims, enforce Platform policies, and protect users and TidyLink.
Privacy When Uploading Photos. Users should avoid uploading photographs containing sensitive personal information or images of individuals who have not consented to being photographed when such images are unnecessary for the cleaning service. Customers should take reasonable care to avoid displaying documents, financial information, identification documents, computer screens, photographs of minors, or other sensitive information in areas being photographed.
Reviews, Ratings, and Feedback. TidyLink may collect and display reviews, ratings, feedback, and other information submitted by users regarding cleaning services or their experiences on the Platform. Information submitted as part of a review or rating may be visible to other users or publicly displayed. Users should not include sensitive personal information in publicly visible reviews or feedback.
Customer Support and Disputes. If a user contacts TidyLink regarding a complaint, refund, cancellation, safety concern, damage allegation, incomplete service, payment issue, or other dispute, we may review relevant communications, booking information, photographs, transaction records, reviews, and other available information to investigate and respond to the matter.
User Responsibility. Users are responsible for the information and content they submit through the Platform and should only provide content they have the right to provide. Users must not submit content that violates another person’s privacy, intellectual property, or other legal rights.
User Content may be retained as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including maintaining transaction records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud or abuse, enforcing Platform policies, and complying with legal obligations.
TidyLink and the third-party service providers that support our Platform may use cookies, pixels, local storage, log files, software development tools, and similar technologies to operate, secure, analyze, and improve the Platform.
Essential Technologies. Certain cookies and similar technologies may be necessary for the Platform to function properly. These technologies may support account authentication, session management, security, fraud prevention, payment functionality, user preferences, and other essential Platform features.
Analytics and Performance. We may use analytics technologies to understand how users access and interact with TidyLink, including pages visited, features used, traffic sources, device and browser information, and general usage patterns. We may use this information to measure performance, identify technical issues, understand user behavior, and improve the Platform.
Functional Technologies. Cookies and similar technologies may be used to remember preferences, maintain login sessions, provide requested functionality, and personalize aspects of a user’s experience.
Third-Party Technologies. Some cookies and similar technologies may be placed or operated by third-party service providers that help us provide marketplace functionality, process payments, host the Platform, provide analytics, maintain security, prevent fraud, or perform other services on our behalf. These providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and contractual obligations.
Cookie Choices. Most web browsers allow users to control or disable cookies through browser settings. Blocking or deleting certain cookies may affect the availability or functionality of portions of the Platform, including features necessary to sign in, make bookings, process transactions, or maintain account preferences.
Where required by applicable law, TidyLink will provide additional choices or obtain consent before using certain non-essential cookies or similar technologies.
TidyLink retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and operate the Platform, maintain user accounts, facilitate bookings and transactions, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, and satisfy applicable legal, regulatory, accounting, tax, security, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution requirements.
Account Information. We may retain account and profile information for as long as an account remains active and for a reasonable period after an account is closed, suspended, or terminated when necessary for legitimate business or legal purposes.
Booking and Transaction Records. Information relating to bookings, payments, payouts, commissions, refunds, cancellations, disputes, chargebacks, and other transactions may be retained after completion of a service or closure of an account when necessary for accounting, tax, financial reporting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
Communications and User Content. Messages, reviews, ratings, photographs, service documentation, customer-support communications, complaints, and other User Content may be retained for a reasonable period when necessary to operate the Platform, investigate disputes or safety concerns, enforce our policies, prevent fraud or abuse, or comply with legal obligations.

Security and Technical Records. We may retain security logs, device information, fraud-prevention records, and other technical information for periods reasonably necessary to protect the Platform, investigate suspicious activity, maintain security, and prevent abuse.
Deletion Requests. Where applicable law provides a right to request deletion of personal information, users may submit such a request as described in this Privacy Policy. Certain information may be retained despite a deletion request when retention is permitted or required by law, including information necessary to complete transactions, maintain security, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
When personal information is no longer reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it is retained, we may delete, anonymize, or de-identify it, subject to applicable law.
TidyLink takes reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Security Measures. We may use safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we process and the services we provide. These measures may include access controls, account authentication, secure third-party service providers, monitoring, fraud-prevention measures, and other security practices designed to protect the Platform and user information.
Third-Party Providers. TidyLink relies on third-party providers for certain aspects of the Platform, including marketplace technology, hosting, payment processing, identity verification, background screening, communications, and other operational services. These providers maintain their own security practices and are responsible for protecting information they process in accordance with their applicable obligations.
Account Security. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activity occurring through their accounts. Users should use strong passwords, protect their login information, avoid sharing account credentials, and promptly notify TidyLink if they believe their account has been accessed or used without authorization.
Payment Information. Sensitive payment credentials may be collected and processed directly by third-party payment providers rather than TidyLink. We use payment providers to reduce the amount of sensitive financial information that TidyLink directly handles.
Security Incidents. If TidyLink becomes aware of a security incident involving personal information, we may investigate the incident, take reasonable steps to contain or remediate it, and provide notifications to affected individuals, regulators, or other parties when required by applicable law.
No Guarantee of Absolute Security. No website, online platform, electronic transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Although TidyLink takes reasonable measures designed to protect personal information, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never defeat security measures or improperly access, use, alter, or disclose information.
Users should contact TidyLink promptly if they become aware of a suspected security issue involving their account or the Platform.

Cookie and Browser Choices. You may control certain cookies through your browser or device settings. Disabling certain technologies may affect the functionality of the Platform.
Account Closure. Users may request closure of their TidyLink account. Closing an account does not necessarily result in immediate deletion of all information associated with the account. We may retain information as described in the Data Retention section of this Privacy Policy.
Exercising Your Rights. To submit a privacy-related request, you may contact TidyLink using the contact information provided in this Privacy Policy. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and confirm that the request relates to you before processing the request.

We will respond to valid privacy requests in accordance with applicable legal requirements and timeframes.

External Links. The Platform may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties. TidyLink does not control the privacy, security, content, or data practices of independent third-party websites or services. A link from TidyLink to another website or service does not necessarily mean that TidyLink endorses or controls that third party.
Third-Party Privacy Practices. When users interact directly with a third-party service, that third party may collect and process information under its own privacy policy and terms. Users should review the privacy policies and terms of third-party services before providing personal information to them.
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information processed by TidyLink and does not replace the privacy policies or terms of independent third parties.
Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional rights regarding their personal information under applicable state privacy laws. The availability and scope of these rights depend on the user’s state of residence, the law that applies, and whether TidyLink is subject to the applicable requirements.
Additional Privacy Rights.
